I am leaving for Europe on 9/15, should I buy my Euros now at 1.30 or wait in hopes that it drops?

Euro vs. Dollar was 1.19 in early June. Now 1.5 months later is at 1.30 exchange rate.



I am thinking that I should buy my euros now or does anybody have any info that leads us to believe that the Euro will weaken and the dollar will strengthen before i leave?????
