They don%26#039;t do hourly, most of them have a salary and they have to put in at least 40 hours a week. Even if they go over they don%26#039;t get overtime. But most of them have a large amount of benefits such as insurance, 401K, stock options and they make incentive if the store they work at makes their monthly goals in sales and other things; like opening store credit cards and good customer service. Most of them make up to mid 5 digits a year, plus the incentives. However the job is high stress and high maintance. So you would be dealing with and delegating a lot of people and having irregular work hours.
